In Luxembourg from 9 to 11 March 2007, magazine makers, art directors, photographers, illustrators, journalists, brand managers, students and a larger public came together for a three-day-event.
Colophon 2007 is produced by Mike Koedinger Editions in collaboration with Casino Luxembourg - forum d'art contemporain within the framework of "Luxembourg and Greater Region: European Capital of Culture 2007".
Curators: Jeremy Leslie, Andrew Losowsky and Mike Koedinger.

On 6th March 2007 in Torino, Playzebra has been presented and released issue 05 and
"Play with feelings" project in collaboration with You shop.

On 6th December 2006 a video preview evening party has been organized for the specialized press at the former Methodist Temple in Turin, ideal location for a presentation of this kind; its white walls and formal architecture provide a contemplative atmosphere.
Together with the video concept of Playzebra magazine, also the installation of the Turin artist Laura Ambrosini, "Soap's Opera", has been presented.
The day after the second event has taken place at the AB+ Club in Turin, where several videos have been screened in selected company. The video concept of the magazine's new issue was shown together with Dario Neira's video "Disease", the trailer of the documentary "I comizi di Mao" of the association Cortocorto and the launching of the new Torinese fashion brand "Sofa".

On 29th september 2006 in Venezia, Playzebra has been invited to lead a conference on autoproduction of magazines in Italy at Teach me 3, the Festival of Visual Communications promoted by the Università Iuav di Venezia – Design and Arts Faculty.
Teach me is an observatory on contemporary world changes, an occasion to reflect on new ways of learning and interactions between instructors and students.
Playzebra meets new "zine" firends: ZA!revue and 800zine.

From 15th to 17th September 2006, the third edition of Artelibro took place in Bologna at Palazzo Re Enzo. This Art Book Festival, promoted by A.I.E. (Italian Publishers Association), is created to promote and enhance Art Books in all their different aspects.
Playzebra has been invited by Undo.net / Magazines in stand number 80-81-82.

PLAYZEBRA #04 will be presented the 6th June 2006 during the
ZEBRA CROSSING 04, an interactive and contemporary (art) event in Torino and Venezia,
The magazine has invited two creative artists to join the staff for the creation of the current issue: Cristina Mandelli and Alvise Bittente in an unusual work on the cover of PLAYZEBRA and an ultimate territorial exchange: Cristina Mandelli, from Turin, will bring her work to the Venetian lagoon, while Alvise Bittente, from Venice, will show his work to the city of the Mole Antonelliana, Turin.
Indeed the presentation-exposition of the fourth issue of the magazine will take place contemporarily in two different places, to mirror the different approaches of PLAYZEBRA, which are sometimes serious, sometimes just for fun: in Turin at the Basic Village loft, cult site for new creative trends. In Venice instead (where a small side office for the redaction has been opened recently), at the Palazzeto Tito from the Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa, exposition centre for the promotion of young artists and the diffusion of their work.

On july 2005 in Barcelona the major local, national and international
trend magazines will meet at the second edition of CMYK. Great
staff, quite good organization, 3 days and 3 nights of round
tables, conferences, meetings and parties, a strange vacation
for Playzebra magazine staff.
On opening day a withe zebra crossing appears at "sofa"
area on pink moquette...

PLAYZEBRA #03 will be presented the 26th March 2005 during the
ZEBRA CROSSING.03.
A zebra crossing has been performed from the entrance and
the river and the video intallation strickly connected with
the magazine and its contents has shown for the first time.
The choice of the location has not been made by chance: The
Beach, the well-known club at the “Murazzi del Po”,
is one of the strongest realities in the so-called Torino
nightlife and a meeting point for the promotion of emerging
artistic movements.
ZEBRA CROSSING.03 will be guested by Krakatoa, a thursday
evening appointment in Torino hosted by Pisti and Samuel,
always in touch with everything that the city has to offer,
not only in music.
